How do I book my transportation?
Answer - you can complete our secure online reservation form - Click Here For Our Secured Online Reservation Form
or you can call us Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 6PM at 1-888-872-9992 Contact Us Today!
Question: When should I
make my reservation?
Answer: If you have already booked your flight, then you should book
your ground transportation as well. There are two reasons for this.
First, during the weekends is all transportation companies most busy
time. We do sell out. Secondly, Fares are subject to change without
notice. If you like the fares you see, book it - they can change
tomorrow!
Question: Is the fare
the same whether I book On-Line or over the Phone?
Answer: Yes, the fares you see on-line are the same over the
telephone. If we offer an "OnLine Booking Special", those fares can only
be booked online.
Question: What time
should I schedule my pick up at the airport or port?
Answer: Generally, it takes approximately 30 minutes to claim your
luggage once you arrive. The best policy is to schedule your pick up
time at the airport about 30 to 45 minutes after your flight lands. When
your ship docks in Miami, you have to clear US Customs and Immigration
which can take over an hour. Generally, we do not schedule pick ups at
the Ports before 8:30AM.
Question: Is The Shuttle
Guaranteed to be waiting for me when I arrive?
Answer: Your trip is 100% guaranteed with us. This means that you
are contracting us to provide transportation. We have a better than 98%
on-time rate. Please understand that we cannot always predict traffic
and road conditions. We apologize in advance if the shuttle is delayed
in picking you up.
Question: Is
Driver Gratuity Included In the Fares?
Answer: Absolutely!
Question: How will I
find my driver when I arrive?
Answer: Your driver is given your Cell Phone Number (This is why we
require it to make a reservation). Approximately 15 minutes prior to
your scheduled pick up time, your driver will call you directly on your
cell phone and coordinate the meeting place for pick up at the airport
or cruise terminal.
Question: Will I be
sharing my shuttle with someone else?
Answer: No, all of our shuttles are private which means there is no
"ride-sharing" with strangers. This trip is all about you!
Question: What if I am
late and my driver has to wait for me?
Answer: Our drivers will await up to 30 minutes at no additional
charge. After 31 minutes, your credit card will be charged $50.00 for
every 30 minutes the driver must wait for you to arrive. This does not
apply to airport pick ups. In case your flight is late, our Dispatch
Desk tracks your flight and adjusts your pick up time accordingly.
That's why we ask for your arriving flight information when you make a
reservation.
Question: I am traveling
with children. Are car seats provided?
Answer: We do not offer car seats, however, you are more than
welcomed to bring your own. They must meet the same standards as the
airline requires.
Question: What if I need
to cancel my reservation?
Answer: Our fares are fully refundable if cancellation is made 31
days prior to your trip. After that time, there is a cancellation
penalty. Please review our Terms and Conditions before making a
reservation. If your flight was cancelled, we will refund 100% of your
fare (even if it's last minute) providing you have documentation to
verify the cancellation from the airline.
Question: Will the
shuttles I be riding in be insured and permitted legally?
Answer: Yes, all of the shuttles we use are insured with a minimum
of $1 Million Dollars of General Liability and we currently have permits
to transport in and out of all major airports and cruise ports in the
State of Florida.
Question: I saw on a
competitor's website a fare that was lower than yours. What can I do?
Answer: If you will use the "contact us" form and e-mail us a copy
of the link showing a fare lower than ours, we will beat their fare by
10%.
Question: Is it better
and safer to book online?
Answer: Yes! All of our Reservation Forms are hosted on a 100%
Secure Server which means your personal information is being sent
directly to us and nobody else. Secondly, when you book online, you can
take your time and book at your own pace. We suggest having your Airline
and Cruise Line information readily available when making your
reservation.

Interesting Facts About Disney Cruise Line (Compliments of www.hiddenmickeys.org)
Over 500,000 people will be sailing on Disney Cruise Lines annually
14% of the passengers will extend their stay in Brevard County
Port Canaveral is Disney Cuise Line home port.
Disney officials recently told analysts they expect the Magic and its sister ship, the Disney Wonder, to each pull in $50 million in operating income during the first full year of operation.
92 percent of the American public has never cruised.
Disney sees the cruise line as an extension of its wedding consulting
business. Guests can't get married on the boat as of yet, and officials say
there aren't any immediate plans to allow weddings on board. What Disney
does offer is three, seven-day packages which include a wedding at the Walt
Disney World resort and a honeymoon cruise, along with other various resort
amenities such as theme park tickets.
Since its opening in 1971, Walt Disney World has never closed its doors until Hurricane Floyd. Floyd, a Category 4 storm, was forecast to place hurricane force winds over Walt Disney World early on 15 Sept 1999. Disney closed its doors in the afternoon of September 14 to prepare and ride out the storm and stayed closed to the public on September 15. Two notices were provided on the web. You can read a copy of the first and second ones. Luckily, the actual hurricane track stayed futher out to sea but did produce gusty winds over Walt Disney World in the early morning. Disney's park workers spent Tuesday securing benches, trash bins and boarding up windows. At Animal Kingdom, park employees used large nets to capture birds, which were moved to a warehouse to ride out the storm. Other animals' shelters are designed to withstand hurricane-force winds. Additionally, Port Canaveral required all ships, including Disney Cruise Lines, to evacuate the Port. All Disney ships, the Magic and the Wonder were on the high seas during the storm. Only essential employees were asked to report to work, Disney World spokeswoman Diane Ledder said, and guests who were staying at Disney's campgrounds were given shelter at the convention center at the Contemporary Resort. "Because the storm is so big and powerful and it truly is unpredictable, we are erring on the side of safety and making sure that everybody can be in a place of safety when the weather gets worse," Ledder said. It is the first time in Disney's 28-year history that it has been forced to close its parks. Like Disney, Universal has never shut down its theme parks for a full day in the nine years it has been operating in Florida and Orlando International Airport also shut down for the first time in its history. Theme park resorts brought in everything from free food to travel consultants Tuesday to keep guests happy, with guests at Disney's on-site resorts even getting Animal Kingdom to themselves Wednesday afternoon when the treat of Floyd abated. Because of Floyd, the Disney Wonder arrived and departed Thursday at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The Disney Magic returned Friday as scheduled to Port Canaveral, Fla. Disney World theme parks remained closed to the general public Wednesday but reopened on the 16th. Many restaurants, shops and other attractions at Downtown Disney reopened Wednesday afternoon. For more information about hurricanes consult the Hidden Mickeys bookstore.
